Cut too deep into my cuticles and swear she didn’t. All of my nails are uneven and crooked… when I told her she said they aren’t. My 3 year old does a better paint job. Attitude SUCKS.

I've frequent this nail salon several of times and my last few trips have been beyond a pleasant experience. I returned because I believe in giving grace before going to the extreme. Li mannerism has become so disgustingly rude. As she's doing my eyelashes my right eye was constantly tearing up because she's literally putting the lash on my eyeball causing it to become irritated. Upon bringing it to her attention she's smacking her lips and taking deep breaths as if she's agitated with serving me. I can’t even express in words how nasty and awful this nail salon is. By far, it is the most filthy and dust filled place I have ever seen. It is completely unsanitary. On top of that, the lady who did my nails, think she goes by the name Lee, was extremely rude and unpleasant. Even before bringing up the mistakes she was making, she was giving dirty looks and being aggressive. I honestly think she must hate her life by the way she was acting. After I brought up the mistakes, she would grunt and act like it was my fault. It got so terrible that I walked out in the middle of her doing my nails and didn’t pay.
