Working with Tou and his team at The Official Cleaners has been a pleasure! After transitioning from independent cleaners to their company, there were a few bumps in the road as they were new to my property. However, I want to commend them for their dedication and commitment to meeting my high expectations.
Tou's communication has been exceptional. He never dismissed any of my ideas or requests. Instead, he always assured me that they would address my concerns and strive to improve. After about three cleaning sessions, I noticed a significant improvement, and now I have complete peace of mind entrusting them with my Airbnb cleaning services.
We’ve hired The Official Cleaners to come clean our office twice a week for a couple of months now and they’ve been nothing short of fantastic. They’re always professional, thorough, and really pay attention to the details. Our space has never looked better.
