I was looking for a new vet because we had recently moved and my cat was sick. It was really easy to schedule an appointment online. Once I did, I was called shortly after with a recommendation that he come in sooner and provided availability for same day appointments. The staff was all very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My cat is very warry of new people, especially when he's being poked and looked at during a vet appointment. He was so comfortable and relaxed, so I was, too. Everyone is super friendly and extremely helpful. We had the unfortunate “final” visit and they made the process more bearable. Dr. Gabriella Henthorn was very kind and patient with us. She laid out the facts very clear while still being empathetic and also took the time to provide comfort. I wouldn’t want to go through that again but if I had to, I would go back to her.

I had a visit to Small Animal Hospital yesterday for a problem with my cat. All my questions were addressed and my problems solved right then and there. From the staff at the desk to Doctor H., everyone was caring, knowledgeable and kind.
