The instructor is the most knowledgeable guy I know he has been very helpful I had told him I wrestle and he has given me very useful tips and exercises outside of just the lesson planed for that day he is straight to the point and an incredibly effective teacher and martial artist

I was very hesitant to try any martial arts because I had no prior experience, but I’m so glad I was introduced to Sensei Anthony Sells. His many years of experience, patience, and knowledge have helped me grow and become more confident in my learning journey.

Sage Arts Studio also has an amazing group of people who make the environment fun, welcoming, and comfortable especially for someone just starting out. I’m truly grateful to be part of this community.

Great instruction in multiple disciplines. Not only is Mr. Sell a great teacher and coach but also a serious artist between painting, photography and of course martial arts you will not find another teacher with his wealth of knowledge.
