I had toilet water backing up into the basement. I called Roto-Rooter at 9:45 AM, the truck was here less than an hour later. The guy they sent was very professional and the equipment he used was much more robust than any DIY rentals I had used in the past. He had the lined cleared in less than an hour. They gave me up-front pricing and it was well worth what I paid.
I had their service at my house and was thoroughly impressed. They explained how and why, prices that I would pay. So when my daughter needed some service for her sewer system I called them for her. True to their word. Thank you Jacob for your service.
