“My experience with TMS was very pleasant at the Bluemound Clinic. The representatives at the front office were kind and helpful. My initial meeting with Brandy was very thorough. We discussed my entire situation that led me there, and she informed me of what to expect. During the process I had questions for her and she was available to answer them. My techs were Emily and Ashley whom were amazing! I felt extremely welcomed, cared for, and validated. I was able to open up and talk to them, I expressed how I doubted my own emotions, and they were there to reinforce my value. Ashley took the time to refer me to a therapist there which I am looking forward to begin services with. Everyone was approachable which is very important in this field. I feel TMS has improved my overall situation. I have been able to sleep better, and have more stability with my depression and anxiety. I will say toward the end of the process, I had heavy things happening personally. I had some down days but I still feel like I had more control over them verses without the TMS, I would have been in a dark place.
