My experience with TMS was very pleasant at the Bluemound Clinic. The representatives at the front office were kind and helpful. My initial meeting with Brandy was very thorough. We discussed my entire situation that led me there, and she informed me of what to expect. During the process I had questions for her and she was available to answer them. My techs were Emily and Ashley whom were amazing! I felt extremely welcomed, cared for, and validated. I was able to open up and talk to them, I expressed how I doubted my own emotions, and they were there to reinforce my value. I needed to make an appointment for my 8yr old granddaughter, and Stephanie, who treats me, suggested Caroline Davidson. I called for an appointment, got the necessary new patient paperwork in an email that day! I filled out the paperwork and was able to get an appointment in 2 weeks!! The office staff is so kind and professional!
