Every time I go to Pro Tan it is always clean and I never a wait to get a tan. A special shout out to Jillian who was very professional and kind to let me tan so close to closing time.
I also like the new extended hours they are now staying open. ?
Going into this business and using the tanning beds as an older plus size woman was a little intimidating when you have these perfect gorgeous little girls waiting on you, but I have to say they were AMAZING!!! They did not make me feel self-conscious and were very knowledgeable about all of the products and services offered. I would definitely recommend pro tan to anyone looking for short or long term tanning. The rooms are super clean and smell nice. Any question you have they have immediate answers for and are so sweet and don’t make you feel stupid for asking them. This is a very nice place and I definitely recommend it.Service: Tanning
Customer service is good. The place is clean. Never went any where else to compare prices or beds, but Im fair skinned and with the staffs help I tanned nicely and avoided burning. You have to read your contract when signing up. I wanted a tan for a vacation. Afterwards I wanted to cancel my membership, but since I didn't read my contract I didn't realize I had to cancel by a certain date. So I was charged for an additional month that I hadn't planned for.
