This is now the SECOND time I have used Prime Electric and all I can say is that I got the same exceptional service I did last time.
Due to a recent power outage that lasted 30 hours, I decided to get a backup generator and have a transfer switch installed. Troy came out and quoted me a very reasonable price and was very professional and friendly in explaining what needed to be done. The electrician who did the install - Brandon - was also a very smart and professional young man who did a great and quick job with the install. Highly recommend. We had electrical work that was needed prior to closing for our house that we were selling. Prime electric was extremely fast to respond, clearly provided me my options for repair with timelines and cost, and let me choose what route I wanted to move forward with. There was no trying to upsell or pushing for a more expensive fix. Will be using again for any future electrical needs.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from the guys at Prime Electric LLC. Service, price, and availability were all second to none! I had water seeping into my electrical panel from an unknown source, which was obviously very concerning. Before contacting Prime Electric, I had a large residential service contractor come out to look at it, and their recommendation was to replace the entire panel for several thousand dollars.
Wanting a second opinion, I reached out to a few other companies. Troy, the owner of Prime Electric, was the first to respond and came out the same day to take a look and discuss what we might be dealing with.
