“An absolute breeze from start to finish! I had a fantastic experience getting bilateral minimally invasive bunion surgery with Dr. Brant McCartan and his entire staff. They call him the “Toe Picasso” for a reason—his work on both of my feet is truly masterful! I wasn't nervous at all, and having both feet done at once was an absolute breeze. I was awake through the entire procedure and felt completely relaxed. Honestly, the worst part of the whole thing was just numbing the area at the start and really, it wasn’t that bad. After that, I had zero pain during or after the surgery. The procedure lasted about 25 mins per foot. The only thing I felt afterward was some minor tenderness right at the small incision sites.The recovery has been unbelievably fast. I walked right out of the clinic in surgical shoes, and I was already wearing my Birkenstocks just one week after surgery! I am now 5 weeks post-op and able to wear any comfortable shoes without an issue. The professional, attentive care from Dr. McCartan and his wonderful team made this whole process seamless.
