I couldn't believe foot surgery could be so easy. I had surgery done on Taylor's bunions on both feet on the same day. I wore special shoes on both feet for a week. After that, I wore my own shoes. I started back walking at the gym at 3 weeks and walked for 3 miles at 6 weeks, everyday. After 6 weeks my feet looked amazing. I plan on wearing flip flops this summer. It will be the first time in 10 years. I can wear any shoe without thinking about how to hide unsightly foot growths. Dr. McCartan and his staff were the greatest. All were very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing experience! I would recommend this surgery to anyone. Thank you!!
I have had bunions for many years.In 2023 I finally made an appointment for my consultation. I scheduled surgery forMarch of 2024. I am in my 4th week of healing and I couldn’t be happier. Pain very minimal and I was working a few days after my 2 surgeries. I love looking at my new feet!!I commend Northwest Surgery Center for their professionalism and the care the entire staff has given me. Dr McCartan explained everything procedure very clearly as to what to expect. After dealing with pain in my feet for many years I could not do it anymore. I had seen a commercial on TV about Northwest surgery Center about bunion surgery. I have friends who have had surgery and were out of work for 12 weeks. That was not for me. I called and set up an appointment for a consultation. I was very happy with what Dr had said and scheduled surgery for early last December. I am Very Happy with the results and healing well. In early March I had my other foot done. You are told throughout the procedure what is going on.The staff is Wonderful! As I am still in the healing process I am very happy so far.
