They were absolutely amazing!!! So knowledgeable, respectful and figured out a different longstanding problem we had with our furnace just like that. I will recommend them to everyone I know! And will definitely have them take over all of our water heater/AC/furnace needs!
We have been using O&W Heating and Cooling for numerous years. Yearly maintenance on both theair and furnace.
Omer always takes the time to explain any issues. Today, in the over 90 degree weather, my air conditioner because of the high dew point outside caused a malfunction, so the air conditioner could not run. Omer showed up within the hour, found the issue fixed it, did preventative work, so it would not happen again. I would not trust my heating and cooling to anyone else.
I was highly pleased with the service I received from O & W Heating and Cooling and Furnace. Based on the evaluation we did ahead of time, we knew we were going to need a replacement water heater. My water heater stopped working on Saturday and because it was the Memorial Day weekend, we waited until Tuesday to contact somebody. My husband, my kids, and I were all very much over cold showers and ready to have a new water heater installed quickly. Not only were they able to accommodate my same day request that Tuesday, but they arrived sooner than what they originally advised.
