I see a lot of bad reviews. I do see that not all customers are treated the same by the female staff. I’ve had ok experiences with all the techs. One stands out as exceptional every time. His name is Hong. He always does a great job. His leg massages are the best I’ve had anywhere. He is humble and truly appreciates the tip, never asks for more, which not all do. I always tip at least 20% and even then feel it is more expected than appreciated. I’ve been going for years. Now I only go if Hong is working. Always call ahead. You can usually get in the same day with a short wait.
I used the regularly come to this salon but the management has plummeted over Covid. They can politely take the walk ins welcome sign off the door as they most assuredly do NOT have time for them. On any given day there's only 2-3 employees working there. If you're going to go DEFINITELY make an appointment. Kathy at the 1st desk does phenomenal work. (As she should since I'm pretty sure she's the manager) she has great attention to detail. Unfortunately the last time I actually had my nails done the shellac peeled clean off while I was on vacation. To say I was unhappy would be the understatement of the year. I've never experienced this in my life which tells me the polish she used was probably old. They are not up to date on nail art so if your looking for a spectacular design this ain't it. But the staff is friendly. The business is very clean. They excel at basic.
What a fantastic place!! There were people getting services done when I brought my 2 daughters in. The youngest for her birthday. We had a short wait and the services were great. Everyone working was super nice and did a great job!!Services: Pedicures
