We had three basic jobs done. New side door with frame, gutters repaired and leaf screens installed (with downspout installed) and new siding on dormer. All work was done very efficiently and all look very good. Very happy with results.?-

Everyone I dealt with within the organization was knowledgable, professional, and courteous. All appointments were kept, all estimates were followed, work was completed on time and budget, and couldn’t even tell they had been there; they clean up extremely well.
There may be cheaper options, however time and quality does have a value. If quality and thoroughness of work and value of your time and lack of hassle is high on your priorities as is piece of mind, I strongly recommend working with Modern Exterior.

Modern Exterior did a great job with getting us our new roof and new gutter. The salesman Ben was great in walking us through the process of working with the insurance company to get this done. All we had to do was pay our insurance deductible, so that enabled us to get this done. The crews were great in getting the roof done in one day, and the gutters the next. Clean up was great too!
