Shifra is an incredible instructor who truly meets you where you are. She offers hands-on adjustments only if you want them, which helps deepen poses safely. She’s great for all levels, challenging everyone to push themselves just a little bit more. I always leave her class feeling fulfilled and accomplished! Wonderful studio. Wonderful instructors!

I love this yoga studio. I have grown so much as a hot power yogi since joining. The membership is fantastic. I go to as many classes as I can. Super clean. I would eat off the floors. Playlists are amazing. Instructors are phenomenal. Ten stars.

I have been going to MPY for just over a year and can confidently say that every instructor is AMAZING! They are all so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. As someone who moved to Milwaukee several years ago from out of state, I have become especially grateful for this community!
