I'm a total nerd when it comes to PC parts and accessories and I love this place. Off the top of my head, I know how much certain parts and accessories should cost around and this place is always spot on. I also find that the people who work there are knowledgeable and nice.
Also, I personally prefer going here for PC stuff over online retailers for a bunch of reasons. Authenticity is one, as I've purchased an expensive new router in the past only for it to arrive with not only a power adapter that lost a fight to a cat at some point (deep marks in the plastic), but it was the wrong voltage (so, damaged, and completely useless to the router... read full review
Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me diagnose my system lagging issues by recommending a purchase of a new laptop with a faster processor, in lieu of the memory upgrade on my existing laptop I thought I needed. It ended up meaning a higher upfront cost, but thanks to the Black Friday special and the improved performance of my new Milwaukee PC branded system, it's proving to save me money in the long run by solving my issue.
Tim was incredibly helpful in solving my PC problems. My PC would not turn on and he was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in no time. I'll be going back here for computer items in the future.
