Poor quality and unprofessional. I booked knotless braids and ended up with uneven, sloppy parts and visible loops of the added hair showing all the way down the braids. The style looked rushed and nothing like professional work. I told her I needed my hair fixed and went back-and-forth with her for three days about this. She only contacted me back, to fix my hair after I showed up at the shop following days of being ignored on the phone. It looks better than it did before, but it is still the worst braiding experience I have ever had. I recommend you go anywhere else.

I really enjoy her shop. She was so pleasant, and respectful when she answered the phone. Very timely. I told her what I wanted, and she provided. Amazing conversation, and an over all joy. She didn’t even mind letting me get my food or have a short break. Thank you Mama Kita!!!!! Always a favorite!

Mama Keita done my hair for the first time on Tuesday 8/19/25 and I must say I am in love with my hair. This is the first time that I've gotten my entire head done with color and I'm loving it. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair, she's very professional and she's good company as well. I give Mama Keita 5 stars and a 10 out of 10 THANK YOU MAMA KEITA ON A JOB WELL DONE I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU PS: I have alopecia and you can't even tell that's how good of a job she has done.
