Grandmaster Hong is an excellent instructor. He is benevolent and encouraging. He is on my list of positive people whom I'm blessed to have in my life. Not only that, but he brings out the best in us as students and makes training with fellow students feel like family and not in competition with each other. We treat each other with mutual respect, which starts from his leadership. I hope to train under him for as long as I can.

I was a student here years ago, and it was one of the best things my parents ever did for me. I got to connect with my heritage a little bit, and I was in great shape! Master Hong is a great man!
