This is the first year I have ever had an outside contractor take care of fertilizer/ weed control and again, it’s been amazing. Thank you and by the way, your technician Josiah that has been here is a great steward for your company, he is always polite, courteous and works with a smile. These days it’s seems people are quick to complain but not give a shout out when their happy. Well done Happy Lawns!

I received extremely terrible customer service. This company was contracted to do my neighbor lawn and the guy sprayed our grass which caused it to die. I called the company, while a representative was here at the house reviewing his mess up and they seem to have a lie ready saying my 85 year old neighbor sprayed my lawn, of which I know she did not because I have cameras. The Happy Lawn guy onsite admitted to spraying my lawn then became belligerent, threatening me and my husband, over the top disrespectful saying he knows where I live. In my experience this company lacks professionalism.
