We would like to thank Gross inspection Services for an inspection of your windows. Dave did an inspection of the newly installed windows we had installed by a major window manufacturer. We had a terrible install job with very bad air leakage around all windows. With David's inspection report the window company has agreed to the terrible install and has agreed to fix the problems. Without his report I don't think they would have done anything. With documented videos of smoke testing, and thermo images in his report the window manufacturer completely agreed to the poor installation and has agreed to return and fix them. THANK YOU! David
