Kristen is a beautiful and caring person who was an absolute gem from when I first met with her to make the arrangements for My Father. She showed empathy and she explained all information in detail and she was always there if I had any questions. Kristen,you have left a warm & loving spot in my heart and everyone should care as you do because this is a very hard & emotional process and you made it comforting for me. Michelle, Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was polite, Courteous and professional yet warm and friendly. She explained everything in detail. Which I appreciated. We burial my oldest daughter at Graceland and it was the perfect spot for her resting place. Not far from my Dad and her other grandparents. I find peace knowing she had a proper burial. Thank you, Michelle and Graceland for giving us that.

Called to speak with someone about removing seasonal decorations for fall clean up and got a gentleman named Darrell who was very nice and kind with a reassuring voice. I explained to him that D/T being hospitalized after having major surgery I was unable to get out there on Friday to remove a very expensive flower basket and shepherd’s hook from my father’s gravesite that I had just placed on his birthday in September. Darrell reassured me that he understood my concerns and that he personally would go and retrieve the items for me and store them until I was able to come and get them.
