I paid for my daughter head stone and when I received the first proof they made a mistake , so they sent it back for correction. I called to check on the second proof left messages , upon messages still no response from Michelle Baldwin and it took months ! I had finally talked to her after Months of leaving messages . After adding to my anguish of loosing my only daughter, I ask to have my case turn over to someone else. Now very week after the 8-12 wks. if making the headstone they were supposed to call me when they going to lay it . The WORST cemetery I've ever been to. It sucks my father is buried here and the grounds people are no help to new people who have never visited this cemetery before into helping me find his grave!

Michelle has been nice the few times I met her but the guy who mowed the lawn there 9-9-22 is very unprofessional a****** and I believe he is racist. He was out there mowing over balloons and flowers that were placed at grave sites. I saw him roll over some flowers then he got off the mower picked up the flowers and placed them at the wrong grave site. He got really close to me multiple times and blew grass and dust in my face while I was standing at my father's grave site. He actually drove up to me with the ugliest mug on his face while i was standing at my dads grave site and never asked me to move so I stepped back and he drove right over my father's grave in face....read full review
