She showed empathy and she explained all information in detail and she was always there if I had any questions. Kristen,you have left a warm & loving spot in my heart and everyone should care as you do because this is a very hard & emotional process and you made it comforting for me. Michelle, Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was polite, Courteous and professional yet warm and friendly. She explained everything in detail. Which I appreciated. We burial my oldest daughter at Graceland and it was the perfect spot for her resting place. Not far from my Dad and her other grandparents. I find peace knowing she had a proper burial. Thank you, Michelle and Graceland for giving us that.
