Their patient financial services is a total joke. Why should a patient be responsible for mis-coding of a bill? How after seeing my heart failure Dr for over a year they now say this is not covered? Funny thing is this is Freodret own insurance. Promises made by supervisor of patient services not kept. When asked to speak with manager or director request not honored. Having paid thousands of dollars to this so called non-profit hospital system they will cause unneeded stress monthly for a heart failure patient.

My husband had a complete spinal cord injury and was paralyzed. They told him he would do rehab there and would learn life skills. A month later before even starting rehab out of nowhere he was told he is being released to home. A home weeks earlier he was told he couldn’t go too cause it was a second floor apartment. But all of sudden is now ok. He is on IV antibiotics for another 12 weeks and still has to wear a back brace and has not learn one thing to take care of himself but will be released in a few days with absolutely no resources.
