Always great dealing with them for parts they get things pulled quick for me. The most important thing to make it easy dealing with them is having the equipment serial number right away or the engine serial number if it is in a truck. When I have that information for them right away the parts are right and quick for them to find and pull. Thank you for the great service.

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service at this CAT location. Rob and Mark were very helpful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The work done here was exceptional and fast! I have been to other CAT dealers for work on my truck and this location will be the only CAT dealer I will allow to touch my truck from this point on. They far exceeded any and all expectations I had going in. I trust their work and appreciate their customer service and their speed.

Big thank you to Robb and his technicians for keeping our C12 running like new at a fair price and always extremely fast service. Him and his team always takes the time to explain everything to you so if you are d*** and incompetent like me with heavy trucks you feel confident you aren't getting ripped off. Always takes the time to walk me through the bill and explain everything, I have never ever felt overcharged there, or that I didn't get my monies worth, they are the only folks in town who i will allow to work on this engine period.
