Went to Milwaukee with my wife and two kids for a field trip. I live about 3 hours north. As I was leaving Milwaukee my truck started to jerk as I accelerated on the highway, then my engine light started flashing. I immediately got off the highway and pulled into a BP. This was at 11:00pm on a Thursday night. I found a parking lot close to park it for the night and rented my family and I a hotel. Exceptional work! I didn’t handle the news of how much work needed to be done very well at all. My mom had just passed away days earlier so to say I was emotional would be an understatement. Not only did they do incredible work but they helped with being able to afford it all too. I didn't deserve such phenomenal treatment. Anyway - I made sure the others in my family and circle know that they now all have to take their business here. The gentleman we worked with is an exceptional human being.
Ivan was fantastic! I needed a quick tune-up and repair on my vehicle before moving across the country, and he was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. His honesty and willingness to assist me during such a busy and stressful time was greatly appreciated. The prices were very reasonable for the high-quality work, and he even gave me a rag to keep in my car for checking my oil in my new state. I couldn’t recommend someone better than Ivan.
