I saw Dr. Bista during this visit and he was an absolute delight. Very knowledgeable and a great listener. He understood the issues I was having with my eyes, and explained every part of the exam as well as how my prescription is formulated and what my options are. The rest of the team was also very patient and friendly— I felt welcome the entire time I was in the optics department. I will absolutely continue receiving eye care here.
