Our first boarding experience (March 2024) went very well. I was so worried about my fur baby as this was my first time leaving him and going on vacation. The staff reassured me that my boy Rocky was in good hands. The staff even told me to call as much as I wanted to check in on him. This made any worries I had about being away from my fur baby go away. When I returned home to pick up my big boy he was so happy ? I was happy knowing the staff was able to help him come out of his shell (he's shy ?when it comes to other dogs). When the staff told me he actually made a friend (girlfriend) my heart melted. The Doggy Office was recommended by our friend. Our 16mos old German Shepherd seems to love it here. We really like that it is drop-in for daycare, so you don't need a reservation. We haven't tried boarding here, but our friend uses that service and is happy with it. You do need reservations for boarding

Although it's not a doggy palace as some places are, they are VERY person/dogable. Jack Sparrow came home after a 10 day stay, was bathed and very calm. The team worked with him and cared for him just as I asked. No TV in the room but very reasonable, professional services. I think Jack will be happy to stay at "the office" when we need reliable care for my baby. Taylor was especially sweet and a natural dog care professional.A+++Jack Sparrow Cooper and his Mom.
