I have been with Cornerstone for a few months now. I can honestly say this is by far the best company I have ever been an employee for. Not only is the pay above fair ,but our bosses are are always there for us as needed even throughout our night shift. Something that stands out to me about Cornerstone that I haven't seen before with other caregiving companies is that they thoroughly go get to know each person before even after you pass a background check. This company has people's loved ones in their best interest and the employees. I wish I knew about them before I lost my parents 10 yrs ago❤️
