I worked with Jonathan during a time in which I was having an extremely hard time. I thought I was going to lose my house and be homeless. Bankruptcy is terrifying! It’s made easier when you have a lawyer who helps you navigate the ups and downs.
I am a small contractor who got caught up in the predatory lending of the banking industry, and as a result of the 2008 crash, we almost lost everything. I couldn’t pay my credit card debt, and I found myself being served by a debt collector for the amount I owe.I called one lawyer who adamantly suggested a chapter 11 because American Express would NOT negotiate once they served.
