Really love the CP studio in the Third Ward! From my intro class with Karina to my favorite cardio sculpt classes with Jen, I thoroughly enjoy every single class and always feel supported every minute. It’s really helped me get moving again after totally slacking and can’t wait to continue on with them in 2026 ✨
