These were ordered for me by a friend over a week ago on a Friday 5/15. They called to tell her the tulips were not in stock, but would be able to be delivered Monday5/18. What arrived on 5/18 was roses. Today, over a week later at 8:11 pm dead tulips showed up on my door step. Not sure what happened but would like my friend to get a refund... She didn't order me dead tulips.

I called to ask a simple question: “Do you sell colorful streamers for backdrops or tables?”

The response I received was, “Uh… I’m sorry, we’re just too busy to address that right now.”

I then asked, “Do you sell birthday decorations?” and was told, “Yes, but we’re just too busy to address that right now.”

Very disappointing customer service. Based on this interaction, I won’t be choosing to support this business.

Nov 2025

The order was late. (Regarding their reply) The office was open and had people in it until 5pm no attempt was made. The vase was broken, the plant was near dead, in not enough soil and was bone dry. The card indicating who it was from was missing. It was delivered by Doordash driver.
Don't order from here if you value quality.

Edited 11.14.2025. A new, much larger and alive plant arrived today.
