Had a perfect service experience with Appliance Masters today and would absolutely recommend them. I called when they opened, had to leave a message, received a call back within 15 minutes and was told I’ll have an answer on when a technician can arrive within an hour. Received a call back an hour later with the Technician being available at about 2:30 pm, which he showed up right at that time. Clay couldn’t have been the nicest gentleman and informed me with tips about my gas dryer. It needed a new belt, which he had stocked in has van. The repair took 20 minutes with another 20 minutes of friendly conversation. Outstanding customer service all around,... read full review

We purchased a Maytag Gas Dryer, Model #MGD5030MW1. After just 1 medium size load of towels, we noticed a vibration that would come & go. I immediately called the store we purchased the dryer from, and they gave us a phone number to call for service. And lucky for us, that led to Clay, from Appliance Masters coming to our home. He was great! He methodically went through the possibilities for the cause of the vibration. You could tell immediately he was a 'Pro' at what he was doing. And even though he already had a long day with 2 more stops after ours, he didn't rush, was friendly, and answered all our questions. After he left, we were left with... read full review

I purchased the newest top of the line, Consumer Report’s highest rated Maytag front loading washer with pedestal. With COVID customers buying all the stock and Whirlpool/Maytag at highest tilt, we waited a long time. When installed and used we were extremely pleased. However, in Spring of ‘21 we noticed no soap was entering the machine, but water was entering the dispenser.We called the store and they apologetically said we had to call Whirlpool, switched to Maytag, then finally an appointment date several weeks later.Diamond Appliance sent two technicians on May 7th for over two hours and they finally ordered a part. Part was installed, but not tested June 4th.... read full review
