I went in for a window replacement and had a great experience. The 2 men who helped me out where professional, quick, and accommodating. Don't expect a big waiting room and bring cash to pay and you'll have no problems. I called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed. Their friendliness on the phone was what made me come in. answered right away, pretty punctual on arrival, and I got a better price for my hunk of junk than other places in mke. the man who came out was an expert at towing, I could tell he's gotten some cars out of some tight spaces

After purchasing a window for my envoy from another salvage yard (they sold me the wrong size and wouldn't exchange it). I then stopped in at American Auto Salvage and he new exactly what I needed without even looking it up. Not only did the window fit, but they offered to buy the window I purchased from the other company. So 5 stars for American Auto Salvage. Thank you and I will be doing all my business with you guys.
