Dikota was my technician. Arrived on time. Listened to my concern and symptoms. Looked over the job site set up a clean tent to protect my house. Explained the job. Explained at each step what he was finding. Snaked out the plug couple times and wouldn't leave until he was convinced the drain was clear. Cleaned up before he left. Thanks for a great experience Dikota. Definitely will be calling them again if needed.
Couldn’t say enough about the work I had done. Brian was amazing and took time to explain everything. He worked extra hard to make sure everything was good to go. Definitely five stars.
