Shawn answered the phone on our first call. He came on a Sunday morning emergently to get us back up and running after we woke up to water in the basement due to a split copper pipe that was spraying everywhere (apparently all night while we slept based on the amount of water). Shawn workers efficiently and explained what he was doing and answered all questions we had. Price was decent for emergent work that he warranties for a year.
