Very pleased with the central air conditioner service. Despite the hottest weekend of the year, from Thursday mid-day to Noon Tuesday, they were here, assessed the unit, provided a solution, and got it back up and running. We recommend and will use them again.

Wonderful customer service. As a first time customer, they had a technician out to my house within four hours of my first phone call letting them know my furnace was going out.After getting me going for the time being and giving me my options going forward, they saved me so much money versus other area businesses.One "business" told me the parts were not able to be found and I'd have to get a new furnace! Not true.Maxwell was out at my house less than a week later to follow up with the new parts(first thing in the morning,too!), I have nothing but good things to say about Maxwell. My 19 year old Bryant runs like new again. Thanks guys (and gals!)

I asked them to fill my heat pump with refrigerant. These folks know what they're doing. After pumping the system down to vacuum, they set up a precision electronic scale, looked up and entered exactly how much refrigerant was needed, and topped it up (and I got to watch). Friendly and professional throughout.
