We were devastated they went above and beyond to make it right after we were taken for a bad ride by previous contractors that talked fast and delivered nothing but wanted our money, My wife and I were left with no trust and no porch we are 65 and 68 years old Iam a Deacon at my Church and we trusted the two contractors prior to JJB Home Improvements. God answers prayers and we are happy and satisfied. The way they cared in the way they showed us love we never thought to be trusting again but they restored our faith in contracted work. WE were without a porch and stairs since June. But it took JJB less than a week in November to do the porch that speaks volume and shows this is how you do people you show them love and caring not in empty promises but work and caring to do a great job to say trust us.“

“I just had my roof done last week. Cirilo did a great job answering all of my questions about products, and making sure I had all of the colors I wanted, and was scheduled for two dry days. The Crew did a great job with my very large cut up roof. No detail was missed and the final product looks amazing. Daniela did a final walk around while the crew was here to make sure I was happy with everything. The guys walked around my house several times making sure every last piece of roof debri was cleaned up. They even thanked me for the opportunity to do my roof. Excellent customer service all the way around. They truly care about doing a great job.“

“After doing my research, I decided to go with CRR for the highly complex job of installing 8 skylights with custom combination flashing on the roof of my historic bungalow. After working closely with multiple staff from CRR throughout the entire project, I don’t think I could have chosen a more professional contractor for this daunting task.Casey Gaffney (project manager) was extremely detail oriented and walked me through all the specifics of my unique project before work even began. His communication and attention to detail reassured me that all of this unique work would be done to the highest standard. Due to the complexity of the job, Casey put one of CRR’s most qualified installers (Kyle Northrup) in charge of the project due to his decade+ experience doing technical skylight work. It was a pleasure working with Kyle and his team of roofers. They were true professionals with great communication skills and did an absolutely beautiful job on installing the windows.“

“Linda and Dan R - November 2023We had a kitchen with 50's blond oak cabinets that needed updating. I started the search online and Savers came up for refacing. They said they had a showroom so my husband and I went to "just look" without an appointment. From the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming starting with the receptionist, Lynda. She pretty quickly provided us a list of remodels they had done in our area Aaron, the designer, was in so we met with him and then made an appointment for him to come and look at our kitchen, and it took off from there. No pressure! We never looked anywhere else as we were so impressed with everyone we met and the remodels they showed us looked beautiful. The remodel went exactly as planned and on time. We have beautiful new cabinet doors and drawers and my kitchen is so much more functional. No more laying on the floor trying to find things in deep cabinets! They are now drawers! Aaron made wonderful suggestions for the door styles,drawers, hardware, etc. Dave P did a wonderful job of measuring and matching the stain, and the installer, Jim, did a beautiful job and made sure the kitchen was cleaned up before he left each day. The install took about 4 days and the kitchen was fully functional during this process. Everything is high quality and we couldn't be happier. When Aaron gave us a tour of their facility one of the things that still sticks in my mind is that when we were introduced to the other Dave, (there are 2) he said, 'now you are part of our family", and that's how we felt throughout this process. Savers is a quality company and we are so happy they did our remodel. It was a pleasure to work with them!“
