    I could not recommend Tyler enough for both personal training and nutrition coaching. He truly lives and breathes what he teaches/coaches, so you know you are in good hands. The hour session goes by so quickly (and I used to never say that about working out!) Tyler really pushes you to go further than you think you can and work your butt off, which is exactly what I was looking for in a trainer. I have learned so much about nutrition and lifting and am so happy with the progress I have made since working with him - I could not have done it without his guidance. Highly, highly recommend!

    If you are looking for a personal trainer this is the place!Tyler is by far the best trainer I had.Beyond his incredible knowledge about training and nutrition he really cares about your goals and will help you reach them.His studio is very nice and equipped, very easy to get by. Tyler is the right trainer to keep you motivated during your journey

    I can’t recommend MPT highly enough. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition and has helped me gain a much deeper understanding of the relationship between the two.He’s also extremely invested in the personal success of each of his clients through his program and will go the extra mile to help you reach your goals. He’s pushed me past what I thought was possible. Without Tyler, I don’t think I would’ve ever started my own fitness journey and learned so much along the way. I recommend him to everyone, no matter what stage of your journey you’re in!
