“We love the floors!

I have worked with customers for many years and to me customer service is huge. Most people will even pay more if they get good customer service.

That being said, I was impressed with the politeness of everyone throughout this whole process. From getting it scheduled, to the installers, to the return to install the piece that was short.

When I got the call to schedule the last piece I was told “We will work with your schedule as this was our fault.”

Although I feel this is the kind of service that should be the norm, it many times isn’t anymore.

Please keep this as a priority as it goes so far!

Kim listened to what we needed, what I hoped for from a design perspective and came up with something magical for both our full kitchen and bathroom remodels. From Pinterest ideas, easy cleaning options and functional corner spaces, we got exactly what we needed. I keep joking that the hardest decision was picking out handles and knobs for the cabinetry. Nick was very detail-oriented and came with so much knowledge, the guy knows his stuff.
