I was in need of a quick install of carpet in a unit. He can't right then and had it installed in days to accommodate my needs. The install we've great very happy. Will use then again. Troy was great to work with.

The staff were awesome to work with for our project! We purchased the flooring that we wanted at a great price months in advance of our project and they held it until we were ready to pick it up. Everyone that we dealt with in the process was positive and very professional.

My installation isn't complete. They used a skim coat under the vinyl that took 4 hours to dry. Then it still wasn't dry in places but decided to go ahead with the vinyl. Now I'm waiting for someone to come back and roll out the bubbles in the vinyl. I was upset when I was told they didn't do coving anymore, but my installer told me he did. Now I have to have mop boards made. I didn't want that vinyl moldings they offered.
The carpeting looks great, no complaints.
There's a disconnect in communication by the store management and the installers. I was told that my installer would be here by 8-9:00. When he wasn't here by 9 I called because I had someone here at the...read full review
