“We love Falk's Carpet Service! They're so helpful and friendly, and steered us in the right direction... both in the showroom and during installation. We had a minor miscommunication about our order that extended the project by a few weeks because they had to order more carpet. To make up for the inconvenience, they padded a set of five stairs at no charge. The crew is extremely respectful and handled our belongings with care. They get five stars and four thumbs up!”
“Becky was professional, communicated in a timely manner, and took the time to understand our needs. Once she knew our budget, she made sure to stay within it. Her eye for color was much appreciated and her team is just as amazing. We highly recommend her!Services: Room planning”
“We had a fantastic experience with Keith and KVR Flooring! They installed LVP throughout much of our home and carpet on our stairs, and everything turned out even better than we imagined.
From start to finish, the process was smooth, on schedule, and everyone was great to work with. Brandi was incredibly helpful throughout the selection and planning process. We appreciated the flexibility when we added some last-minute trim work, too.
They’re a local company that can compete with the big flooring companies any day. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would absolutely recommend KVR Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring done right!
Pet approved.”
