We had the sewer back up into our basement. Roto-Rooter was there early the following morning ( less than an hour after calling). Our contractor was fantastic. He was professional, thorough, and was kind enough to explain every step of the process. He did a great job clearing our sewer line, performing a thorough inspection, and cleaning everything up. Will definitely be using them again if we ever had sewer issues again.
Our technician, Stefan, was excellent. He explained each step in the process of handling our problem. After solving the problem he checked the entire plumbing system in the basement and all the way to the main line in the street to verify everything is working properly. Then he gave us tips for monthly maintenance we can do to help ensure the problem does not occur again soon. He was knowledgeable, thorough and a nice fellow. We will use Roto-Rooter again — hopefully not in the near future, though!
My wife and I have to give Jay and Aaron a great review they were very helpful in understanding what was happenning and also pointed out great tips to prevent an incident again. Just a very satisfied result in finishing up with servicing our basement drain and even went further to unclog a sink close by the drain also showing us a valve in that drainline that was siezed.very valuable to your company these techs are hard to find.thanks bunches Roto Rooter!and Jay n Aaron.?
