They did a great job of diagnosing the source of the leaks and identifying the extent of the damage. All members of the team were very professional during the water and mold mitigation, demo and rebuild phases of the project. We had a water damage emergency in our home — a wall in our living room had been soaked through from a roofing issue we hadn't noticed (missing flushing caused water to seep in the walls). Madison Property Restoration came out same day, Dave diagnosed the exact entry point within minutes, and the crew had emergency drying running the next morning.
