“We're so impressed with Imperial Wood Floors and our newly refinished hardwood floor. They were easy to communicate with, on time exactly as scheduled, efficient, and careful about hanging plastic sheets to protect personal items. Furthermore, we're thankful that Jeff came out to give me a quote and suggested we go with the clear varnish rather than stain, so the wood would look lighter than our amber-colored cabinets. This was huge because I called another Madison company for a quote, and they gave me a price for the regular stain without coming out to see the house first, and it would've been totally the wrong color. Finally, our floor had been scratched, stained, faded, and neglected for twenty years, and now it looks absolutely brand-new and gorgeous. Definitely recommend these guys and will be calling them again in the future.“

“My partner and I went here to pick up bona products for our floor DIY. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Not only did they help us select the right products, the color and finish that we’d like, they also gave us a tutorial on how to best apply the products.
As a first time DIY it was a little daunting and these guys showed us how to make it easy!
We ended up with no splotching or discoloration and did a roughly 800 sq ft area. Also prices were reasonable and they let us return the extra unopened product we had bought just in case!“
