“This is an updated post. I recently went back to Floor Coverings International for the fifth time. The staff is terrific at FCI. My salesperson was not afraid to guide me in my color choices which was a huge help. The installers Jeff and Cody did a fantastic job and they were very pleasant to deal with. The company is very accomodating from the owner Jared who went the extra mile to meet my deadline. I love the carpet Highly recommend!“

“My partner and I went here to pick up bona products for our floor DIY. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Not only did they help us select the right products, the color and finish that we’d like, they also gave us a tutorial on how to best apply the products.
As a first time DIY it was a little daunting and these guys showed us how to make it easy!
We ended up with no splotching or discoloration and did a roughly 800 sq ft area. Also prices were reasonable and they let us return the extra unopened product we had bought just in case!“
