In August 2025 I chose to work with Reigel Plumbing and Heating to install a new Furnace with a bypass humidifier and Air Conditioning system. It was a pleasure working with Alex and Ethan at Reigel. Alex came in to bid the job and brought forward some beneficial ductwork modifications for better air flow and consistent temperature from room to room. Alex did an excellent job explaining everything and fielding my questions from the start to finish on my project. Ethan was the tech whom installed my system and did an excellent job designing the ductwork system. Installed a pressure tank and couldn't get it to fill, so i called these guys. Guy made it work and was respectful. Explained pump was going out and explained what needed to be done to change that...i am doing that myself later. No complaints. Super helpful and gave info and filled spaces in my lack of knowledge

Reigel installed 2 furnaces for our workshop. Cost was very competitive, quality work, and while they were very busy with very many winter emergencies and new installs, they still accommodated our needs in a very quick timeline. Their staff were very respectful and pleasant to work with.
