“In August 2025 I chose to work with Reigel Plumbing and Heating to install a new Furnace with a bypass humidifier and Air Conditioning system. It was a pleasure working with Alex and Ethan at Reigel. Alex came in to bid the job and brought forward some beneficial ductwork modifications for better air flow and consistent temperature from room to room. Alex did an excellent job explaining everything and fielding my questions from the start to finish on my project. Ethan was the tech whom installed my system and did an excellent job designing the ductwork system. He was punctual, kind, curious, clean, efficient, as well as ingenuitive and knowledgeable of his craft. There again any questions I had, Ethan was more than happy to answer. I found this team knowledgeable and Reigel a company that communicates well with each other as well as with their customer. It is now December 2025; I have worked this system through all its paces of heating, cooling, even temperatures throughout the home and humidification. I can say I am truly pleased with this system and Reigel Plumbing and Heating.“

“A friend of mine had been having some issues with her septic backing up in her basement for about 3 weeks. After several calls to local plumbers and “rooter” type businesses to come take a look at her issue it was determined that the only qualified companies were out of town and charged an arm and a leg just to stop by, upwards of $375. Furthermore they expressed their local clients took priority. So as my friend felt as though she had no choice left in the matter, she decided to take matters into her own hands and investigate deeper herself. She told me her plan to go into her septic tanks and flush them out. I expressed my knowledge of H2S gases and strongly advised her to not do that because those gases can kill her. While on the phone with her, I was frantically researching plumbing companies in the area. I recognized the name Cal’s Plumbing and gave Cal a call immediately after hanging up the phone with her. At 3pm on a Friday, Cal answered immediately. I explained my friend’s situation and how she was going to enter the tank against my guidance. He said he could be to her house today. I was relieved! I called my friend back to explain help was on the way but she seemed in denial that anyone locally could help her as she had already called all the plumbers in the area and none of them had the tool needed to clear a plugged septic. The tool is called a “jetter”! Cal showed up at her house in less than 30mins and had the septic unplugged in less than 10 mins. As a side note Cal expressed his concern to my friend by educating her on the deadly gas of H2S that exist in septic tanks and she should never enter them again. Cal also explained that my friend was right in the fact that “no one in the Marshfield area” could have helped solve her issue. Cal explained that he is the only plumber in this local area to have the Jetting tool to clear a plugged line. Thanks Cal for saving my friends life in so many ways.“
