“We had our main drain plug up and I called so many other plumbers and either they were busy or didn't service our area. Called Stratford Plumbing and Heating and the lady explained that we are a bit out of their service area but if we can't find anyone local they are willing to help us out. I called 20 different plumbers to no avail. They were able to get a plumber put that same day and saved us. Great service and quality work!“

“Cal answered the phone on a Friday night, told me how to turn the main water off and on and scheduled work on Monday to save me money at his suggestion. He was also available by text message. Scheduled work for 8 a.m. He arrived on the dot, replaced a sump pump and check valve and had me write down my billing information. This was all completed in a half hour due to his knowledge, many decades of experience and his ethics of being efficient with money and time.“

“I recently had to have my water softener replaced because it started leaking. The guys were out the same day I made the call, they were on time, very efficient (fast!), and did great work!I also decided it was time to have my sump pump replaced because I didn't want to risk possibly having a wet basement. I called to make an appointment on a Thursday and they were out to replace it that following Monday.Pat is also great to work with, as he talked me through fixing a simple issue with my toilet, over the phone!
