I went in to have them help me to assess the size of a fireplace I'm wanting installed in my home. I am purchasing an antique mantle and want to make sure it'll fit before I purchase. In our discussion discovered I'll need to purchase a smaller version of the fireplace so it fits! It'll be a coordinated effort. Lonnie went the extra mile!

I called House of Heating and requested a service call because my furnace wasn't working. When I described what was happening, the receptionist helped me troubleshoot and resolved the problem over the phone. I greatly appreciated them saving me the cost of a service call. They have gained my trust and they will definitely be my first call when I need heating and AC services in the future.
