The pilot light went out on our water heater on a Sunday and Adam was over to fix it within hours of calling the next day. He fixed a part on the water heater, and took some extra time to save us some money on a part. He updated me without me having to ask, and is very friendly and trust worthy. A few days later we found to have venting issues through the piping which caused carbon monoxide issues, so I called Adam for advice and he recommended who to call to see about the issue and made me feel less anxious about the situation.
