Had issues with our furnace for three years and another local company couldn't figure out the problem after multiple visits. The tech from Comfort showed up within the time frame we were told, and found the problem within 10 minutes. Took him one hour to diagnois and fix the problem. Very professional company. Would highly recommend to anyone.
My fiancé and I were on vacation for a week. We returned and our A/C was not working. We did everything we could ourselves to troubleshoot and solve this problem. Finally after installing a new condensate pump and trying again and failing did we decide to call for help. We tried to make an appointment for after 3 because my schedule is not flexible. The 4 local businesses I tried first did not give me assurance they could come after 3, and if they did it would be overtime and cost around 200/hr.
